About Visualization Academy
Alignex, Inc. of Edina, Minnesota has had a reputation of educating their partners and customers on the latest tools and techniques for Engineers in Product Development and Mechanical Product Design for over 20 years. Visualization Academy was born from the desire to reach out to other departments within a Manufacturing Organization to help them leverage Engineering Data to do their jobs better and more efficient. The end result is the creation of curriculum tracks that help Marketing, Technical Publications, Design, Analysis, Manufacturing, and Engineering Teams fulfill their goal of developing the best products and supporting materials possible and market them for greatest impact.
Visualization Academy is committed to providing Manufacturing Professionals the improved competencies needed to achieve best in class visual output creation.
This is our Mission Statement. Manufacturing Professionals aren’t just running the machine shop or tucked in the design dungeon. Manufacturing Professionals are in departments that go beyond engineering and manufacturing and into Marketing, Publications and Analysis of Mechanical Products. The techniques and tools we instruct on are often CAD Independent or can be used in many of the Multi-CAD Environments we see regularly.
Our educational curriculums have been broken down into tracks, usually designed for a particular department or team within a manufacturing organization. You can find these tracks either by clicking the group areas at the top menu or by department name to the right. Our courses are designed either to be covered in a single 7.5 hour daytime class or split up into 2.5 hour evening segments spread out across 3 weeks. These options are designed to accommodate your busy schedule.
